This equipment allows us to analyze different material compounds, maintain product quality, find the root cause of material defects, perform incoming quality control and engineering support. Moreover, with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), we can simulate the behavior of a seal under given conditions. This technology saves time and money by projecting the outcome of a seal design without running a physical test, and is used to identify and understand a seal design’s weak points to help prevent failures. FEA has been utilized extensively for all our seal designs to ensure our customers get the best products. With this FEA analysis and our laboratory, Parjet will soon become one of the leading seal manufacturers in the world.
